Carlo Dupone
A Los Angeles, California native, with a dual United States and Mexican citizenship, Carlo developed a passion for real estate as a young boy when he would accompany his mother and father to his residential apartment buildings and commercial strip malls throughout Los Angeles and help make small repairs and in collecting rents. After earning his degree in economics and master’s degree in finance, Carlo ventured off into the investment field as a Stockbroker and Certified Financial Planner in his younger years. Eventually Carlo followed in his parents’ footsteps, acquiring apartment buildings. Gravitating towards real estate, Carlo began a career in real estate and mortgage, acquiring extensive experience in unique private equity real estate financing. As a Developer, he’s handled up to 100–250-unit acquisitions at a single time. Carlo has been actively involved in the placement of over $90 million of debt and currently manages a debt portfolio of $15 million focused on multi-family and commercial construction and renovation. Since 2014, he has been involved in the development and disposition of ten properties, six of which were ground-up projects.

Mary Dailinger
For over two decades, Spanish-born and Los Angeles-based designer Máry Dailinger whose projects have spanned across the U.S and Mexico has crafted interiors that combine her vision with an emphasis on elegance and comfort. Her distinct aesthetic is a culmination of unique experiences sculpted from her travels abroad and her gifted artistic qualities, technical know-how and flawless execution. Máry Dailinger Designs’ work ranges from residential to commercial projects with a personal approach to design and collaboration with the clients. From making public spaces that feel like home, to designing interiors that are habitable and make sense for the people who live in them. The result is a timeless cohesive mix, tailored specifically to each project.

Suemi Angelica Hau Cen
Suemi is a native from the Quintana Roo region, with extensive experience in land acquisition. Her clients consist of investors and developers, acquiring large parcels of land for development. Suemi brings a unique understanding of Quintana Roo real estate law, title and “ejidales” land acquisition. Her expertise in land and development is known throughout Mexico, with individuals seeking out her knowledge and proficiency.
ARCHITECT Proespacio Arquitectos
It’s founder, Enver Salazar, is passionate about architecture, with 19 years of experience as an architect, 4 years of experience as a teacher. The team consists of Arq. Enver Salazar, Director and founder of Proespacio Arquitectos; Arq. Nery Castillo, Architecture Direction; Arq. Jonas Calderón, Construction Manager. Enver formed, Proespacio Arquitectos, in 2010 as a multidisciplinary office with the aim of undertaking first class designs where users obtain a better qualify of life through architecture. They are a team of young architects creative and passionate about design, committed to architecture and especially to the end client. The architectural team develops and builds innovative projects, amazing modern designs and above all providing solutions that meet the expectations of it’s customers. They are indeed committed to achieving a perfect balance between high quality design and functionality through an architecture that adapts to the lifestyle of the client, to the specific needs of the project and especially to the natural environment where it will be located.
